Heat transfer enhancement in tubes is widely applied various industrial processes. The traditional method of heat to insert radial fins expand the internal surface area and destroy flow. However, there a flue gas corridor central tube, cost expanding inner fin high. A centrally symmetrical bent extruded aluminum was developed enhance tube. An experimental platform constructed test performance finned explore process combining with steel two side extending axis possesses best comprehensive performance. correlation optimal structure Nu= 0.8654Re0.4275 Pry0.3818 (Pry/Prw)-0.1004. With low strong performance, tube will gain wide applications engineering field.
